What makes a New York–style cookie
A New York–style cookie is thick rather than flat: crisp and golden at the edge, soft and slightly underdone in the middle. Ours go one step further and carry a filling. The Red Velvet (₹130) has a cream cheese centre, the Biscoff (₹110) is stuffed with Biscoff spread, the Nutella (₹110) has a Nutella centre, and the Dulce De Leche (₹110) is for caramel lovers. The Blueberry Cream-Cheese (₹180) pairs blueberry with cream cheese.
If it's your first visit, start with the Classic Choco Chip (₹100): no filling, just a golden cookie loaded with chocolate chips, so you can taste the dough itself.
